Who says you have to give up medicine??? They really need doctors in the countryside! You could have a practice there near the mountain. In the morning- you teach skiing- in the afternoon you do your practice. You gotta go to Queenstown NZ tho- much more ski mountains. Whistler no need to say....
i was thinking about going to japan to do that there is a hospital 10 mins from the snow fields
