Differences between VP nominee Palin and B. Obama, Presidential candidate

http://www.audacityofhypocrisy.com/2008/08/30/sarah-palin-vs-barack-obama/

Check it out!

I like this part:

Palin is on the left - Obama on the right.

Jobs Governor of Alaska (2003 to present), Mayor of Wasilla, AK (1996-2002); President of Alaska Conference of Mayors;City Council member (1992-1996) State Senator (1997-2004);Community Organizer

Frankly Obama wouldn't have even got this nomination if he was black, and a clever speaker - I can't believe they are actually nominating him despite his lack of experience.

So are we saying that McCain's making the competition "fairer" by choosing Palin?

Whoever did it did a good job!
Now that makes the choie easier!

That's the problem with democracy - their leaders are only as good as the people that choose them. God knows how Obama even got nominated. You'd think that the job for PotUS has to have a more vigorous screening process.

problem with modern democracy is the fool's vote has the same weight as the wise man's vote.

on the sideline, it stuck me that Palin's ability to hunt her own food has attracted attention that might be unfair. There's a hint of judgementalism that she kills animals. but the problem is, if you want to eat an animal, the animal has to be killed, whether or not it was done by you. I reckon if everyone has to hunt for his/her food, people will be eating much less meat because of all the work involved.

the obesity problem that America has would definately be solved if that was the case!

exactly!

so maybe that's a vote coming her way!

and if you had to be responsible for doing many things yourself, you will be more careful about how you handle it.

well if you look at what be the most seems to prolific thing in American politics, its Cigars and Monica, watergate, gay senators etc. What better way to limit your exposure to scandal than to pick someone that hasn't been around long. I guess the democrats though as long as they put someone up there that oposes the war in Iraq they'd get in.... I think the tide may be turning back to McCain and co, although the race is far but over. Mind you the democrats worst enemy is Hillary... her supporters have split the vote and are now more likely to vote for McCain just to make a point... stupid headstrong idiots...

Good for them. Better McCain than an inexperienced senator whose job experience so far has been to write two books about himself.
