Borneo Divers Mabul

We stayed at Borneo Divers Resort- based on Mabul Island. As you can see from the photos- its really beautiful and well maintained. Wireless internet service, Aircon rooms, large dining hall, Modern Toilets. Sheets changed every day. The works. I still prefer Kapalai Water Village though. Unlike Kapalai, Mabul felt rather muggy (probably because its on an island).

Compared to my last trip here, visibility was poor. Plenty of sand particles and minute coral debris in the currents. A lot of the photos had to be culled as a result. Apparently there had been a storm prior to our arrival which unsettled the sea.

Sorry Fox, it was just a practice shot. Nothing to see here except seaweed and coral.

might not be at Sea Ventures. Visibility was something shocking after the 1st day. I took a lot of random shots hoping to snare something. This was one of them.

Yes, people find pygmy seahorses on these sorts of sea fans. This time I just got a phantom image, lol.
