I tried cleaning the courtyard with a pressured hose the other day.Shit - the result was that the high pressured water blew out the mud and crap under the bricks - and turned the courtyard into a muddy horrible mess.
Add the fact that the courtyard floor has a depression and drains inwards - and you get a muddy pool.
The only solution was to grab the garden hose - and wash the whole mess away. It was bloody hard trying to sweep the water as well as direct the hose.
Being soaked in muddy water is normally not pleasent - but it didn't help my cause when the temperature in my area plunged to 10C.
Freezing cold. Soaked. Yet, somehow I laughed. You've got to see the funny side of things in life. Otherwise you'll just go bonkers.
End result - not too bad, eh?
